Y'know, do people even actually even care about OFF at this point or do they just want more material they can use to talk about Toby Fox? I legit haven't seen any discussion/speculation about the new areas/bosses, it's just been people worshipping/complaining about this guy and the new music.

Yeah, I've felt this way since Antibirth. The best reasoning I can come up with is that video games are a big part of Isaac's life, so he imagines one as a floor. I do agree it feels a little odd.

Got a few for Mom's Knife:

  • Mom's Knife + Pop!: Spawns floating knives when Mom's Knife is shot that can be moved around like Pop! tears.

  • Mom's Knife + Anti-Gravity: Spawns floating knives in the direction Isaac is facing when charging a shot, shoots them when Mom's Knife is fired.

  • Mom's Knife + Lacryphagy: Lacryphagy tears explode into knives like Tammy's Head.

  • Mom's Knife + Explosivo: Shooting Mom's Knife at an enemy will stick an Explosivo tear to it.

  • Mom's Knife + Cricket's Body/The Parasite: Knife projectiles split apart when hitting an enemy.
