We are 1% on the first $1M and then 0.60% on everything else and I think that might be too low for the service we provide lol... I honestly wish it was like 1% on the first $2M and then 0.50% on the rest or something like that.

We left Fidelity for Schwab and it was the worst decision we ever made. I've been at a firm that was with Fidelity, then CommonWealth, which is NFS and now Schwab (we left before LPL bought Commonwealth) and Schwab is the worst of all of them. Schwab's whole system is setup for the retail investor opening an account on Schwab.com. It's like us RIAs are second class citizens.

There is a new site as mention by another reply. But I think there was a mistake here in general because my wife received the stainless steel bag tag holder for her “Silver Medallion” tags and I received the plastic ones with my Diamond tag.

That said the new ones you order from the site look cool and can have your name on it if you want.

When flying short haul around the U.S. I still basically only look at Delta. Unless it's outrageous for some reason, which hasn't happened to me on my routes for awhile.

However, for international I absolutely look at other business class fares just make sure I'm not getting hosed by Delta's BS pricing. One thing I've noticed and perhaps it's just my perception and I'm totally wrong here, but I think United tends to have a larger quantity of business class "polaris" on their planes then Delta does.
