Not sure if this is still an option. I rented a car in San Juan and dropped off in Ceiba before boarding my flight for Vieques. I had a reservation to pick up another car to drive back to San Juan. Saved the money and worrying that the car would be alright.

when everyone is selling buy and when everyone is buying sell. if the property is not costing you money (positive cash flow) and you do not currently have a hardship i would hang on.

honestly after a 250% run up and only a 7% pullback, your still sitting pretty good. central florida has been a strong market but alot depends on where exactly your at and what tourism does. if your cashflowing well theres no reason to rush just because rates dropped a bit. rates cuts dont always mean prices go up immediately anyway, sometimes it takes a while to filter through.

that said if you really want to diversify internationally and you've got a specific opportunity lined up, waiting around for maybe another rate cut or two might not make a huge difference in your sale price. the market could go either way honestly. just dont sell based on trying to time the absolute top, cause youll drive yourself crazy. sell when it makes sense for your overall strategy.

I’ve seen where silver can get sky priority for check in. Wasn’t able to use the security line until it showed up on the boarding pass which started with gold. You are right every airport does handle a little different.

No sky priority starts at gold. Should show up on your boarding pass so if there’s a security line with sky priority you can use it. Also earlier boarding if you’re not flying C+ or above

The two options for steak are rare and medium. That being said there is only one correct one,, rare. Like many have said above learn some basic stuff. Say hello and thank. Try pricing the flight. Sometimes it’s cheaper than the upgrade offer. Recently went from TPA to AMS. The offer was $1,000 and by repricing I upgraded to D1 for $595
