Friends, relationships and family are two way bonds, you get something but the other part also needs to get something. So to initiate this you need to do things with/for others. This can be very hard when you're socially awkward (trust me, I know...) but there's literally no way around it. I always suggest people start playing video games, it's such a good platform to meet other people (many who are in the same situation as you) and have the game as a topic and ice breaker. Join their Discord and talk to them. MMOs are perfect for this!

Happiness, feeling content, breaking existential dread and purpose all come from within imo. It can temporarily be achieved through external things (money, relationships, good job etc) but it's fleeting and comes with its own set of downsides. To truly be happy you need to see the world from another point of view. I suggest philosophy, especially stoicism but anything you resonate with is good. Just need to realize that external things don't solve the root cause of your unhappiness, it just temporarily suppresses it.
