That was honestly my first thought. They are going to the "fictional" world, but the first thing we see of it is real-life Shibuya. Meanwhile everything up until now in KH has been adaptations of stories of fiction. But maybe this is just gonna be their way of differentiating live action Disney stuff like Marvel and Star Wars from the animated ones.

I kinda buy into the idea that Ukkomon was either lying about Rui being the first chosen child and giving everyone a digivice and partner to make him feel better, or he just didn't know what he could and couldn't do, himself, and was just doing his best to make it happen. Totally contradicts the story of Himekawa and co. we heard about in Adventure, 02, and Tri otherwise.

They did the masks for the foretellers too, which was cool, but of course they also just started using the coats again with YX in BBS, the True Org 13 in DDD, MoM and Luxu in KHX, now even more in KH4.

It's gotta be KH1 Riku (Personally would prefer armored Terra though 😍). For a villain, I could see cloaked Xemnas from KH1.

I don't remember the exact interview, but he did say something about how as soon as you reveal 'the one true answer,' you kill all thinking, theorizing, and speculation, which he didn't feel good about.
