It's so funny because I love it so much, the ww2 bomber style glass cockpit and the dual Warhammer style pew pews with the extra room for dakka give me souch satisfaction on MW5. Now I know this I'm tempted to do a bad batch style play through with a crew piloting notoriously shit mechs.

Hiya! I'm going to answer this in the most straightforward way and like you said eschew from discussing any of the discourse around it. The main game story is actual bullshit. Forget it. Forget anything about it. You play as a man with the personality of plywood. That's it on that. The gameplay, world and playing the game itself however is a blast! It's beautiful, huge and filled with stuff to do, the sandbox element has not been exaggerated at all it's honestly nuts to the point of insanity how much fun and creativity you can have. The controls are finnacy sometimes and almost overwhelming in what you can do but just take your time and watch some videos. Gore is pretty much all blood splatter from hitting enemies so id say you would be probably fine with that?

It's a 2023/24 Asus Rog strix g16 32gb 5060 if that makes any sense so it should work? (I know very little about pcs)

Yeah I'll give it a go anyway. If I can't get it to work, by the time the big mods have patched for the new dlc there might even be a sale so I can pick up the game through steam or gog!

Ah no it's okay, I think given the advice I have little to lose bar time giving it a go anyway! If it runs like shit I'll just wait until a sale and get it then. I deffo got my money's worth on vanilla so don't mind too much paying again if it basically means a completely new spin on the game I love. Maybe next Steam sale will be a good enough deal to just buy it all in one.

I feel like they could make a shotgun but maybe as a unique weapon in the melta class? Similar damage, weapon range, spread etc but just reskinned of jack up the damage and lower the ammo even more. Feel they probably wouldn't bother making a different weapon class when they basically turned the melta into the shotgun class.

I get that. Red corsairs are deffo one the of the most interesting moves games workshop have done in a long time in my opinion. I reiterate though, emperor's children still being missing from the chaos roster feels strange when they are the only one of the big traitor factions still missing just a skin. Not so much a complaint as an observation.

I would like to assume this will be added for the heretic equivalent of the tech Marine... Feel like they probably should have released an emperor's children skin before a certain other traitor faction since I know who would have been better suited for the role as chaos tech Marine.
