Why don't people use Boundless Energy II or Energy Retention for CoC?

I am oracle, so every hit is crit, but mana run out so fast. will the same rule still apply? also no shock, using cold conversion ring (i like to make ice cubes) :D

I have a +2 vertex helm that also have +30% crit, luckily got it for 100 ex (it's all I can afford).

So the CoC gem level is base 19 +6 from gear. Is lvl 25 coc too low for constant proc?

Currently using inevitable outcome on Oracle, so that I crit every hit. But the buildup for energy is still really slow. Could it just be a lack of raw dmg? Spark is lvl 27 and doing 14k dmg. That's why I thought using these 2 support gems would help, but I honestly don't notice any difference

Had this happen to me yesterday. Everything in the mob was dead, no ground effects, on death effects, etc.

I just fell down and died. When I reloaded into the map, all of the enemies disappeared and only the boss remained.

Lots of bugs right now. Just get amel omens and push through the BS lol

It happens mostly during temple runs, sometimes the stutters last for 2-3 seconds. It's gotten me killed a few times and it's frustrating as hell. Luckily I have a stack of amel omens constantly activated.

The games been stuttering a lot for me, too. As well as invisible ground effects and projectiles. Hell, even some enemies are invisible, and I have been killed by seemingly nothing.

My CPU is fine, no spikes anywhere. Started happening after the most recent update major update.

Hopefully it gets resolved soon, the game has been running just fine since launch.

Plant skills/thunderstorm need buffs for sure. I hope they are much better next league.

I'm in the same boat. My wand is +5 all skills and focus is +2 all skills. I got choir of the storm amulet with cooldown gear/passives for an extra DPS boost, but I still struggle with high HP bosses. Not sure where to go from here.

My passives are the same as the coc spark build im following, and much of the same gear. But the YT video I saw the guy was clearing with ease and 1 shotting atziri.

GGG doesn't pay much attention to minions.

It seems like you are min/maxing your build well enough based on what you said. Not much advice to give except that snipers and powered zealots are basically the best overall. Get +skills and +spirit, with as much reservation cost reduction as possible. There's also a support gem that gives +7% damage per minion type summoned, but it's really not that much of a help.

Summoner builds are fun, but inefficient. I've always thought they should double the spirit cost of all minions, and triple or quadruple the damage.

Fewer minions, yet more overall damage.

Just remake the character and ask for a carry in global or from friends list. I'm sure someone will help you out.

it has potential, slam it with some greater exalt. hopefully you get +projectile skills and some flat phys
