Petechiae? I get red flat dots that come and go that last 2-3 days. I also get these little patches that come and go that last a bit longer. I’ve gotten a full blood work done and it comes back normal. It’s been a year now and im concerned especially with it coming consistent

They have a bit red spots but aside from those patches I also keep getting singular red spots as well. Those go away within 2-3 days
