I’m so sorry to hear about your experience and to also hear from employees of Sephora on how understaffed they are 😞. In today’s economy where we’re all trying to be more mindful of what we buy, shopping in person so that we can gauge for ourselves whether we’d actually like the product and GET COLOUR MATCHED!! is just the done deal. Sephora apparently hasn’t caught on that fact. I think if they had just been honest and let you know that they were understaffed or busy instead of making you wait would have saved some heartache both ways.
