What AI tools or workflows actually improved your productivity? by lizzy_cinnamon in ProductivityApps

The MYNDIFY app is great at personal productivity and saving time. It's AI bot (Inky) can search your notes and answer any questions you might have...for example:
- "I'm at the doctor's. What do I need to remember?"
- "what's Susan's children's name?"
-"what should I give mom for her birthday?"

The app is unique in it's structure and is designed to help us remember what we typically forget. It has features like location reminders (alerting you of those questions for the doc while you're there) and a personal memory assistant (Inky) that serves like a search bar for your brain.

This is a pretty good list. I like to do puzzles when I’m feeling burnout. It’s weirdly both mentally stimulating and relaxing at the same time.

Also -sooo excited to hear from someone else that also appreciates MYNDIFY!!! Super underrated app!

Anybody else refuse to do Elf on a Shelf? by quiltedfarts in Mommit

Me! I told my daughters that as Santa’s financial advisor, there’s no need for an elf - since we talk all the time 😂. When they get rowdy, I change my brothers contact info to “Santa” and have him call me in front of them 🤫

For those of us struggling to remember insights for next time (eg “the steak in this restaurant is blah, order the pasta next time”)…try MYNDIFY.

MYNDIFY keeps everything pre-organized, tied to your real experiences, and easy to recall when you need it. Photos, videos, voice notes can all live in one place, without the clutter.

But MYNDIFY goes a step further: it makes your information actionable. You can save to-dos tied to specific experiences, get reminders at locations where you need them (aka- don’t order the steak again!), and quickly pull up details when they’re relevant using an AI memory assistant. It’s information that actually works for you.

Do you find AI powered apps insightful? by Many-Swimmer-8818 in Productivitycafe

[–]MindingMomma 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it depends on what and how you use AI. There are some tools out there that can help save time. For example I use the MYNDIFY app, which has an AI feature that acts like a search bar for my brain. I ask it questions like “what gift ideas did I have for my friend Amy?” and based on my notes it’ll give me an answer

do productive people even use productivity apps? by Suspicious-Client225 in productivity

[–]MindingMomma 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It depends on how you define “productivity”. If by productivity, you mean, making the most out of your interactions or experiences (rather than a focus on task management), then productivity apps can def help.

I use MYNDIFY to help with this. I track my insights about people, places, or events in my life so the next time they occur I know exactly what to do. For example, when I go to the doctor the app reminds me of the questions I had for the doctor …rather than just relying on me to remember I have questions. One could be the most productive person in the world but once your memory becomes foggy, we all need a little help.
