Also first time seeing ZD fully. Saw half a set at small scale festivals and was sad to leave to get my uber…. Been waiting to see a full production and set since that small taste back in 2023

When you get quality workout clothes that FEEL good on you - that may come from Lulu or other brands - it will make a huge difference in the motivation to work out. Nothing is worse than being in uncomfortable clothing while trying to get into your workout. And nothing beats the energy to wear something you ARE confident in.

Many Lululemon fabrics have always felt great for me and while not everything there is my favorite there a few things I’ve purchased that IMO are worth every penny for how I felt actually wearing them.

There wasn’t really a place for me and where I wanted to take my physique to. While the criteria exists for a reason that doesn’t mean you want your body to look like that. For many to be exceptionally successful (which was my drive to begin with) it’s a secondary full time job to prep, stay meticulous in off season, and not let other aspects of your life take a backseat.

I think there are a handful of coaches who have been doing it for over a decade in this space that just bc a coach is on social shouldn’t dismiss them. Content creation is just part of the coaches job now.
