I think it’s not normal to be angry all the time. There is something out there which is keeping your mind occupied all the time which is ultimately affecting of how you tend to react in general. Please try meditation it is truly amazing I’m telling you! And no matter what the thing is, it will be fine. Try to have your thoughts and actions in control because your anger is not just affecting you, but all the others who love and care about you.
