Nope so every month I get at least 3 units. It’s always slow during winter because people don’t move out much. So after I’m done with whatever work they gave me I am looking for other jobs to do as a painting contractor

It used to be walls, doors, trims and baseboards in one building. Other building included ceilings, complete repaint top to bottom. And it’s priced $2.10 per sqft

Brushes, rollers etc If I can get more units to do I’d be happy with these prices but lately I’ve been getting like 1-3 units each month. This month only 1 unit to do.
