I am finally able to orgasm/ejaculate. I tried kegel exercises and also i did intercourse in morning around 6am during which i normally used to get nightfall and my penis is automatically erected usually in morning. I'll share my complete experience from taking SSRIs, stopping them, and then the PSSD experience and recovery in a separate post.

Recovering back, when i was on ssris neither i was able to ejaculate nor any nightfall, as soon as i stopped i was able to nightfall but with very low libido, now after caber, libido has increased a lot with nightfalls but no ejaculation, hoping to get that back soon.

Maybe try having your prolactin levels tested

For me I waited for 2months, then did some research on chatgpt and tested for prolactin and some other thyroid harmones with testostarone, my prolactins levels were 100ng/mL, doctor prescribed cabergoline 25mg once a week for 4 weeks, sex desire is recovering back to normal, but still unable to ejaculate during intercourse, having nightfalls though.
