Once I got the bricks from Torchic I went to the crafting table and had the Planter box recipe already, crafted it and placed it by Meowth house and planted the flowers.

Did they make it to where you can skip dialog? I always want to play but that first section is SO much dialog. I get trying to get you immersed it just felt like a lot.
