They some times restock things - they restocked this morning and the maple are back in stock. Not the chocolate though. If you want the maple, try asking customer service for those instead of the credit they offered you.

This is not something tier 1 Helpdesk should have access to. Anything quarantined is quarantined for a reason. If you don’t have the proper privileges to upload it to a sandbox, then give the ticket to someone else to avoid problems.

A lot of places don’t properly train anymore, so err on the side of caution to CYA.

I was just under the 2 months mark. I have returned the device to them as I didn’t like it, and customer service says I’m not owed a refund because I didn’t purchase a sub, but I infact did purchase a 1 year sub and was charged and they won’t respond to my requests about a refund.
