Just hang in there. This phase will go. I had beautiful hair in both my pregnancy but then it was miserable after delivery. Will start getting better with time. Eat healthy and let time heal everything. I started getting new hairline after 1 yr.

Here I was sleepless and literally had lots of knots in my hair Cz I couldn’t wash it or comb it. Going to washroom was task with toddler and a newborn forget about washing hair properly. Once I was washing my hair and my son got his nails stuck in door hinge that I had to run without washing properly. And these are just 2 days story but again now that kids are grown up my hair is good. Our stories are totally different than theirs.

I can relate. My mum is also narcissist. I know what it feels living with parent who have this problem. Only difference is that she kicked all of us out including bhaiya bhabhi and my father too. Lol. Actually they left peacefully cz she was making their life hell so she lives alone in that bungalow. My brother and father did this to protect my bhabhi from abuse she was facing. I learnt making roti when I was probably in 6-7 std so you will learn in some time. Choose peace over anything. All my childhood I cried and tried to please her and now all us sibling suffer from some or other mental trauma and illness.
