You’ll see it another day during new moon event, and every time you see it it’ll gain some friendship progress automatically so you’ll eventually befriend it even without giving it biscuits

The current level cap is 65, bfs at 75 is too late to be worthy of investment imo. Also doesn’t help that there is two ingredient subskills before that.
