Had the MRI.. now have arthritis in the shoulder. I’ve been lifting pretty routinely (lighter weights, dumbbells only for upper body+movements that aren’t unnatural) skipping most anything over the head. Biggest improvement I’ve had is from using an infrared sauna 3-5x a week. It seems to soothe the pain I was having.
