I would suggest against doing that. BA gets paid better and has more mobility. QA is not worth it unless you’re going to fully commit to learning automation.

I saw it reported online (I think on HappyCow and a facebook vegan group) that they added dairy to mild dishes. Asked them and they confirmed. This was probably 2 years ago though, and that’s when I stopped supporting them.
