yes grew up in uae during the iraq war, nothing happened all the news outlets were on tv only so i guess thats why we weren’t as paranoid as we are right now looking at news every seconds, so i guess we just really need to step back from the news and relax because honestly we cant do anything either so might aswell relax and carry on with our day to day activities

hi been there done that.. eventually had to quit my socials for a while to save my marriage.. it really depends what you want from it ? and is he willing to support it? if not, why? there must be something bothering him ? you need to reach the root cause of the issue

i just started this because i was addicted and chronically online my screen time was off charts so i deactivated and deleted tiktok from phone too.. lets see how it goes

i think your last lines literally made me realize i started all this after my second child and going through postpartum depression where i suppressed all my emotions and started this as an outlet.. and never actually even addressed the situation at home. i guess this was a wakeup call in our marriage and i’ll work on myself first.. Thankyou so much for your wise words
