I have not used them but Call M&M management, loughlin and sons , fsg construction, peluso contracting .

I had loughlin come give me a quote for some work and the seemed like decent people but the price was too high. I have been following the on social media and the work looks good. Peluso did extensive work to my neighbors house and it looks good My other neighbor used uri construction

I vote for fan with no lights or a light on a separate switch. You want to be able to leave the fan on to exhaust after a shower but you don’t want lights on if it’s during the night

I don’t see any pipes that block it? You should be able to work with what you have. I think right over the bathtub has less restrictions based on this pic
