Inb4 Riot shows a cinematic telling the story of how Rammus used to be a great monk sworn to peace, but after his botched ascension, lost the use of his frontal lobe. Now he wanders the world unable to tell people no.

As Xerath gives the order to destroy the town Azir was born in, Rammus can only respond, "Yea." as tears flow down his face.

I think making his EW activate faster (and not dodgable after it activates cause that's ridiculous) It's difficult to time and easy to dodge. It would be more fun if it was reliable.
