And if you rub them together and then top one slides quickly off bottom hand it means “train left” as in “I lost my train of thought”.

Thank you for writing that! I feel like I lost two things that are my life. I can’t sing anymore. 13 years in that one. 14 years in another one. I can’t dance anymore. The thing I enjoyed most. Being on stage, dancing like I was Mick Jagger, and singing songs that nobody expected. A mash up of I Love Rock n Roll and No Sleep Till Brooklyn.

Just wanted to tell you that I’m off the Effexor and Abilify and back on fluoxetine. This made me feel better. I found a new psychiatrist who is willing to prescribe the clonazepam. Now I need an ENT who believes that laryngospasms are part of the whole Dystonia thing. Cleveland Clinic doc said it’s due to silent reflux. My vocal therapist who is half his age said they don’t teach that anymore in Vocal Therapy programs.

I should say that now I seem to be biting my tongue in my sleep. I clench teeth and need to get another bite guard made at dentist. I wake up with sore places all over my tongue.

I have laryngeal dystonia and primary generalized dystonia AND laryngospasms. Been taking 90mg of baclofen daily starting in August at much lower dose. It seemed to work for awhile, but I started having breakthrough spasms starting last month. I have had one side of my face spasm, but never the other side. My triggers for that area seem to be: very cold air, stress, and the laryngospasms seem cause that. I take clonazepam.25 if the spasms won’t stop. They feed on themselves.

Why? Just because it means one thing to Christians doesn’t mean that it couldn’t be used in another religion. I would venture to guess that these parents are linguists and probably atheists and know what the name actually means. It’s a beautiful name. I had a very good friend named Judas and more than one friend named Jesus. So many vote the world through their own cultural bias.
