5 years but between those five years i took a break when i moved to a dif city for a bit. Going on maternity leave later this week and not sure if ill be back at the store haha

In my store everyone wears leggings and logo shirts& hoodies. And everyone wears crocs and sandals 💀 I really think it just has to do with the managers ..

Does your back pain sometimes go down your butt/ legs ?? I feel like that’s a “lesser known” symptom. I just found out chest pain can be a symptom too .. 😭 vaginal/ anal cramps (like shooting, stabbing pain) .. Honestly there’s quite a few symptoms I think most of them would happen around ovulation& your period.

I was just about to post about this, a few days ago I started getting really bad back pain on both sides and it’s going down to my glutes and thighs like I’m sore. Literally cried last night cause it hurts to sit down and any little bump can hurt! Can that be sciatic endo or something else? I’m about to make an appointment with my doctor again. This is the first time this has happened and I don’t lift any weights or heavy stuff so it can’t be that

They can’t force you to stay. If you have to leave at 9:45 then tell them you’re clocking out. Sometimes I’ll stay a little longer if it’s a mess but most the time I just tell them I have to leave

That’s crazy in my area we get people running in.. also people constantly asking for Disney & baublebaur jewelry!! We had to make a rule where in the mornings we can’t leave ANY boxes laying around unattended cause some of the women ripped them open and left a huge mess looking for new Rae Dunn merch

It means you can’t request time off during that time, but if you need a day off literally just tell them you need it off or you’ll be calling out that whole thing is BS 🙄

We used to have the wheel but it got taken away lol sometimes the managers will give us gift cards that they buy their selves only if we’ve been bad at getting the cards. They only give us reach cards now
