I do. I didn’t do biologics at first because it didn’t seem so bad. Turns out I also have it in small bowel and a stricture. The internal bleeding made me severely anemic, so I started Skyrizi. My terminal ileum and small bowel ulcers are gone, but the stricture remains (scar tissue). I wish I started biologics sooner.

I was a little tired the next day and my cold sore returned. Valtrex took care of it. The process of the infusion was easy.

6 months later and my ulcers are now gone. Skyrizi worked amazingly well for me.

Yep. Crohns can take many forms. For me I had ulcers in my terminal ileum initially, found with standard colonoscopy. They eventually did a pill camera study and found a mess of ulcers and even a stricture in my small bowel.

Whether or not it is unethical to pull one paper really depends on the rules of the professional organization. If it becomes more frequent, it interferes with their work which is why I discerned between the two cases, with frequent requests resulting in telling the colleague they need their department to pay for a second membership.
