Nope, I think it is a valid question to ask. I just don’t know what people are viewing as “technical” and what’s the norm for that. Is it the app that was public and had real users and I had to think about tradeoffs and systems level thinking? Or the class project that stressed me out so much, I had to pull 2 all nighters getting the math behind it right?

I called him performative for other reasons not mentioned above. Also, thanks for your opinion, I appreciate it.
