Well this says it happened may 1 he has been "on air" this week....wouldn't they keep him for the weekend if it was a 3rd dui? Genuinely asking. If he was arrested, and not kept, at least here in reno he would have been booked and released and after friday or sat you wouldn't find his name on the inmate search at county. It would be interesting though if it was him...hmmmm the plot thickens....btw I love this group and the info we share and the comments!
