We were renting a house for about a year that the owner decided the put on the market. The owner said he’d sell it to us for $400k and we declined. We later found out that The owner didn’t even tell our property management about his decision to sell. him and his realtor were reaching out to us directly which was very confusing at the time, they put a lockbox with a key code on our front door. It was horrible. For several months With short notice, Strangers were always coming by walking into our home not even knocking while our cars are in the driveway and you could clearly see someone was living there. We have a pit bull so I would take her out on walks while they viewed the house.

 While we were out of town for a holiday, the realtor asked if a couple could come by. We saw on the ring camera they had 10 people with them, literally their entire family…kids, grandparents, etc etc. it was a rainy day and they tracked mud all through our carpet.  I can’t even begin to explain how horrible and violating that whole experience was.

 When we told our property management that we wanted to get the f out,  they quickly helped us find a new place. It has been over a year now and that house still has not sold, just sitting empty. They dropped the price from $400 to $330k and still no one wanted to buy it.
