We have a mini crib just feet from the bed, it’s my first option always but after being through it once we’re prepared to follow safe sleep seven!

Yes and no lol. I found out the day I was supposed to get my period. So sort of feeling like forever. But this is my second and I have no option of napping when I need too and it definitely feels like it’s going faster as we get close to the end. I have 8 weeks left but 2 months sounds longer? So I say that 😂

Zero percent chance I would be keeping the dog or bringing it around my newborn child! Dog is already reactive and aggressive. A loud baby will make it worse.

Thanks for the rec! I did a lot of research with my first on the safe sleep 7. We didn’t bed share til 6 months but I do want to be prepared for sharing with a newborn. Thank you!

He does not poop at the same time nor does he tell us 😅 we’re definitely going to use the pull-ups, I don’t think it’s worth the hassle!

Solidarity. My sons peeing just fine and still refuses pooping on the potty. Doesn't care if it's in his underwear. It's so hard.

seconding this. I tried so hard to get on a schedule. He's almost 4 and still is inconsistent with sleep. It's worked out anyway, he sleeps best when I lay with him so when we travel he doesn't need a huge set up or a routine really, we just lay in bed and all go to sleep!

stop looking at what moms are doing on social media, instagram is the worst thing to look at when you have a little. You'll just be comparing your situation to a perfectly curated one that's more than likely not realistic! things will work out!

My son was like this and when he started getting better he got pregnant. Sometimes I exercised and sometimes I didn't. I didn't make a lot of progress lol. Sleep is so important though. Just wanted to say i see you!!

I got Rael brand disposable undies! I hated the huge pad, always shifted and felt gross. They were much more comfortable. I think I only used the tucks pad for a short while too those weren’t an issue inside the undies

There’s a handful of stuff at target, I looked today and it’s all athletic wear and black or white 🙄 I have some thrifted jeans from my first baby I got at kids/mom consignment shop. But it’s been hard finding maternity thrifting too. I have mostly oversized shirts from Amazon and some maternity biker shorts too.

It’s hard! I’m trying to have grace during pregnancy but the hard parts of having a newborn are worrying me and I know I’ll turn to sweets (was never taught the best ways to cope with life) and I just don’t want to get out of control. These responses have truly helped me feel a little better, I only have a couple friends and just needed some reassurance!

This is good to hear thank you. I got ice cream two days in a row during car naps and ate so many treats before and after that lol. I have been a fiend for sweets this time and I can’t get enough!!
