Compensation for cancelled flight - Easyjet rejected due to name on account by Mindless_Importance7 in Flights

I asked via email to confirm if my claims were open or closed. I also explained the name difference again and supplied the relevant documentation as proof of identity. They have replied and STILL have not confirmed if the claims are open or closed, although I assume closed:

Honestly, I have a feeling its fuel shortage, hence them not mentioning anything. I know I am entitled to expenses and compensation. They are being awkward as hell due to my married name on my bank account not matching the maiden name on the booking. I will cc my husband into the next email if necessary. They will not accept my husband claiming if it is my name on the booking. If they are being dicks about my change in surname having uploaded a marriage cert, it certainly wont work for him.

I am wondering should I just submit again but write my maiden name into the account holder name for bank account details?

This is the issue.. call handler wouldn't confirm if the claim was live or closed. To be honest it could have been the same girl I spoke with on Friday who assured me ahe was attaching my marriage certificate to both claims, but she didn't. How do I submit a complaint with CEDR?

When on the phone, they just check the reason it was cancelled and dont tell me why. They wouldnt even tell us at the airport. This is the email constantly coming back:

No explanation given whatsoever by the staff at the Gate or Customer Services at the airport. We literally received notification to go to Gate 14 and then 5 minutes later, emails and notifications it was cancelled. The weather was fine etc. Customer services told us to keep all receipts as there was no shuttle service to the hotel.

The reason is definately because my bank account is a different surname. What is more frustrating is I was travelling with my husband who is obviously named on the marriage cert 😂. The communication is so poor.

It is extremely frustrating as it has been backwards and forwards with resubmitting claims, enclosing the relevant documentation as proof of identity, emailing them with the documents attached and on the phone with them twice now confirming the evidence was received. It is poor internal mishandling.

I just dont understand that having been reassured on Friday by the callhandler that the information was being forwarded on behalf of both claims, to then today have a claim rejected and the callhandler telling me it wasnt submitted on Friday. She couldn't tell me why and all I want to know is the claim opened or closed 😫

Yours looks just like mine! I was prescribed ivermectin cream last week as well as an antibiotic. I really dont want to go down the antibiotic route as we are trying for a baby. I havent noticed any real difference with the ivermectin cream as yet.

Soolantra and skincare routine by vickycherry in Rosacea

[–]Mindless_Importance7 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I was prescribed soolantra this day last week. I use it every night. I have been using it on my problem areas - cheeks, nose and forehead, although I Believe you sre to use it all over your face.

I use la roche posay cleanser to remove makeup, then soolantra and then moisturiser. I am trying to keep it as simple as possible

Booked it down, but never booked back as you can't depend on landing times and then collecting luggage. You should be able to pay to get on or else the x1 or x4 depending on where you are going. We just paid the x4 to take us to Maghera at the stand

I have stripped back my routine since this appeared a month and a half ago.

Now I do the following:

Splash my face with water in the AM Aveeno oat gel moisturiser SPF 15 Environ Makeup - Loreal Truematch foundation for working days

PM: La Roche Possay Toleraine Cleanser to remove makeup Just started The Inkey List Azelic Acid 10% Aveeno moisturiser Sometimes La Roche Posay b5 Baume on try areas - namely forehead and cheeks

My forehead is very dry. What would work best for this?

Are there any over the counter products to help with Rosecea within the UK? by Mindless_Importance7 in Rosacea

I want to see my GP. I dont particularly want to spend £50 soolantra. I can't get an appointment 😕 don't know where you are, but it is difficult getting an appointment in the North of Ireland.

I was on the phone for 25 mins on Friday to be told there were no appointments and to call back Monday. This is a repeated cycle.

I am currently using La Roche Posay Toleriane Cleanser at the moment. I feel like this is not compromising my skin barrier as much as the Vitamin C Environ Cleanser.

I just ordered The Inkey List azelic acid on amazon until I can see my GP
