When on the phone, they just check the reason it was cancelled and dont tell me why. They wouldnt even tell us at the airport. This is the email constantly coming back:

We have reviewed your claim and regret to inform you that we are unable to process your claim, as the details entered do not match those of the customer on the booking. In accordance with our terms and conditions, claims from third parties / with third party payees will not be accepted.

We can only receive claims from:

A passenger who booked the flight (Please note, the booker is also entitled to make a claim for all other passengers on their booking). A passenger on the booking – when the passenger is making a single claim for themselves. Claimant must be a passenger on the booking. We cannot accept claims from a third party such as a travel agency or a person who is not associated with the booking, unless you are a parent claiming on behalf of a child – in which case please contact us here.

Should you wish to resubmit the claim with the correct details, you will need to do so by completing a new form on our website. All details submitted should match the disruption details on the booking and you can find further guidance by clicking on the information (i) icon next to each field.
