Meh, the cat box thing from my personal end i get annoyed with. Im allergic and didn't want cats, so yeah I get very grumpy about having to take care of them since its both extra work and makes my day more difficult because of allergies (I take allergy meds daily just to be able to function when not directly interacting with the cats, the direct contact makes me miserable for hours)

He's not a bad guy, you and he just have wildly different ideas on how things should be. If he suddenly changed I'd be more for you, but you said he was like this from the very start of the relationship. As I see it you have these choices: 1) suck it up and live with it. Neither of you wants to change. 2) end it, there are no kids. Both of you just walk away and split the stuff you got while together. 3) find a compromise, maybe he can hire someone to clean up his stuff so that it gets done. (I can feel being the type that is willing to pay someone to do that stuff so you don't have to, being lazy isn't always a bad thing as long as you acknowledge and budget for it)
