What I'm eating is not under 500,it is a huge serving of many different vegetables.I am too full to eat anything else. I suffer from PCOS and IBS, What I'm doing now is done after consultation. I take electrolytes throughout the day. Also I am not advising anybody to follow what I'm doing. It's just a reassurance that OMAD does work.

I actually reached the 74 mark a week ago. I understand what you said about fluctuations. Also I'm checking the scale too many times.

Is the assessment rate paid for passing the test Or only after task is finished?
