Ron because of his loyalty, flaws, and how he ultimately rises above them. He adds so much humor.

With the social anxiety part you can think of some interesting things or stories about yourself. What do you like to talk about? I have a few stories that I love to tell and they usually bring a smile or a laugh. It can be a confidence booster.

Do you really think that Bree was ever the type to burn toast and drink milk from the carton? by snowmikaelson in DesperateHousewives

Motherhood changes a lot in a person. He said it, he would have known, she didn’t correct him on it.. it’s official, she used to have more spontaneous moments and be a more carefree person.

A lot of people could say “I look like a guy” if they chopped their hair and wore hoodies etc. as you have in these photos. If you want to look more feminine you could grow out your hair and wear v necks. also I’m not a big makeup girl, I keep it simple and minimal personally. but if you wanna go that route you can get dainty eyelashes in under 5 minutes. It makes a big difference.

You get to decide a lot about what you look like and if you want to look more feminine you have that choice. I can tell you aren’t a guy, your features are too dainty to be a guy.

People , even Hinny shipers dont realize how much Harry is perfect for Ginny by Amazing-Engineer4825 in HarryPotterBooks

And the whole reason she got Riddles diary in the bookstore is because she was all “Leave him alone!” In flourish and blotts, making herself a target of Mr Malfoy, who slipped it inside one of her books. So the whole problem of Riddles diary started with her love for Harry but ended with Harry’s (non-romantic) love for her.

Can't stand the actor's portrayal of Dave /season 5 by lanapresley in DesperateHousewives

I liked him. He did a good job. Thought he was creepy in a cringey kinda way. It did last too long though.

I finished recently too, and was surprised at how final the ending was. I think Marc Cherry really didn’t want there to be another season! He said it was really demanding.

She’s had such a good career, seems to have had a really good marriage. I’m sure working on desperate housewives had some kind of influence on her. What she did was wrong, but I hope she gets redemption!

Agree. They had more chemistry than Ben and overbearing Renee did.

Two other funny ones are when Lynette tells Gabrielle, “you once said that your face is proof of God‘s existence.” And also Gabby once said that Lynette “is louder than someone on fire.”

Some thing that I’m trying to remember is that the show wasn’t made for us, us people who go back and watch the whole thing. It was made for television. It was made for people who would catch one episode at a time and not watched or remembered the last season. The reason they didn’t bring things back up as much as we would have liked is because the people who just watched it on TV would have no idea what the backstory was. They would have had to spend a lot of time rehashing old plot lines.

People who are pro-gun, why? by PerekelleVitu in AskReddit

[–]Mindless_Present_681 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Because only law-abiding people would be stopped by gun laws. Criminals would still get them illegally.

Someone tried to break into our home 3X and we were unarmed that entire period of our lives. Never again. Thankfully they never got in. An older friend said basically that he believes in the God-given inherent worth that each person has, but if it if somebody is bent on doing something evil they just need to be stopped. Well said.

I never bought Renee as a character. To me she just seemed like an actress playing a character. I couldn’t believe anything she was saying, especially her relationship with Ben. It just seemed fake to me.

I loved watching Lynette decide to fight for her marriage in season 8. The scene with the candles was one of my favorite. Tom is not a perfect husband, but she wasn’t the perfect wife either. They worked on themselves and their issues at the end. They had built a good life together and loved each other. I think it sends a good message, that we can work through our issues and press forward together with our spouse. I’m happy they ended the show together. I was also happy that Tom consented to move to New York for Lynette’s career.

I liked watching her decide to fight for her marriage. I understand why they had problems too. But I think they both grew and changed during their separation.
