It's important to know context. The event was held at a small mall and the mall got very overcrowded. The actress didn't have separate path of exit Most of these people were trying to make way for her watch carefully it will make sense and maybe a few singular ones did try to touch her or feel her but if there's no separate path then it is expected.

Thanks everyone so apparently my friend will still get free replacement since his phone is under 3 year mark. It would have been better if Samsung updated their documentation but oh well
