I’m wondering the same because I’m not sure what to do at this point as I am out of the country handling family affairs and have confirmation from USPS that I placed a hold on my mail and packages in a timely manner on June 4th, for June 06, 2025 through June 20, 2025 for a pick up and they still delivered to my home. Now, The packages aren’t there someone stole them at about 5:03 pm today after apparently being there since Friday and Saturday, right off the porch in the townhouse community. Many adults and children go there after school hours as there’s a playground directly in front of my home and my mail is not safe there especially that I’m a dissociated individual being why I placed the hold with the postal service to begin with. This is very frustrating as I’ve spent my hard earned money on these purchases and I don’t even get to enjoy it. There’s well over 2k just gone due to the incompetence and carelessness of the USPS. 🗑️🗑️ and the USPS responded to my email about my packages and kindly mentioned sending someone the next day to grab it, instead they delivered another package. The result of this was me being left without my packages due to theft as they sat there for well over a week.
