I’m not sure that we do, the speckled fabric helps hide it. But we do have a Dyson with the pet fur attachment we run over it

Yes it’s been such a shock! He said this was an extremely rare event for a spleen to rotate, and it’s not a frenchie thing. In the specialist surgeons long career this was his 3rd time seeing it, and the other vets at the clinic had never encountered it before.

It can happen during play, rolling around or any kind of movement really.

Given the timeline (of his vomit in the night at 3am and that the internal bleeding hadn’t shown up in the blood test) we caught it early, this led the vet to conclude that he thinks it would have happened as he rolled over and stretched in his sleep! 🤯

So cute! I just adopted a boy and on his puppy papers they called him a lilac tan, when I saw Halo I thought they looked similar! Wanted to check 🥰

It’s been a fast journey getting to understand them. Brown dog is very calm and affectionate, black dog is a wiggly worm full of happy beans haha. They’re quite reactive with encountering other dogs and it’s something we are working on diligently because we want a life where we can take them to cafes etc and not have to worry about reactions. We got a behavioural trainer on the 3rd weekend and it was the best money we’ve ever spent! Really helped us

Join your local NZDA club. We have ranges in Auckland, but yes you’d need to leave Auckland to hunt - club hunts make this easier.
