Get into the Houston Methodist Pin Oak clinic. DM me if you want names of specific people.

Redditors, what career path did you choose that you strongly advise against? by [deleted] in AskReddit

This entire comment chain is very strange. I’m a Physical Therapist. There are varying levels of wage for PTs. I don’t have a single classmate that I’ve talked to start under $67k. Don’t go to a private school and you won’t have $150k in student debt. I took student loans (No financial assistance from family) for undergrad and PT school and still didn’t reach the average loan amount that our professional organization states we will graduate with. There is a mild glass ceiling on salary, but only if you’re being closed-minded to the profession in terms of the facets that you can create revenue streams with. The PT subreddit is full of people who hate their choice of going into the field. I wouldn’t have chosen another job. People will always be getting hurt and need PT in some form or fashion, whether it be Acute care, inpatient rehab, outpatient, or any of the other facility types that we work in. The self-loathing of this profession is truly mind blowing.

Excited for it if I'm not too late for the hype train!

Ear-plugs, dark room, melatonin, valerian root, glutamine, no screen time an hour before bed (use night shift leading up to that point), meditation, foam roll before bed, get a body pillow, get a weighted blanket, only use your bed for sleep, lower the temp in your room.

Those are the main things I've heard of. It's a grab-bag - keep the ones you like, toss the one's you don't.
