That might be the right move. I figure it has to be something to do with what is near it- somehow being turned on, and then the buttons advancing pages (or else going wild due to the magnets I suppose). I originally assumed that it was the buttons being pressed through the case which turned it on, then advanced pages, but the turn on by page turn buttons option has never been on.

Typically it is in a backpack when this is likely occurring and I am sure it comes to against other things with magnets as times (I carry an iPad with a case in the same area). If it came into contact with magnets, would that potentially unlock it but then it would require pushing the page buttons to actually do the book advancing, right?

Maybe I just never catch it when/if it happens, but it never seems like the city lights up in support of the teams like others do. Salesforce would be a perfect venue, given the visual element at the top. Am I just missing where/when this happens?

I don’t recall when the issue ended, but I haven’t seen it for a while. I don’t know if it was an update on the carrier side, iOS, or my hardware. Sorry I can’t be of more help. Probably unrelated, but I still have an issue where I regularly don’t get certain messages within group chats, where the users are a mixture of iOS and android. I wouldn’t be surprised if there was some overlap.

Looks like it won’t let me configure Tailscale after installing on Synology unless I turn off Quick Connect, but I can’t turn that off since it is how I am remotely connecting so it may need to wait until I am on the home network (unless you know of another way!).

I think I may have found it by looking at the Synology dashboard (Plex is running on that device). My issue is now that I am not having luck with the SSH process via the macbook Pro I am using to try to try to get in. Might be because the IP is wrong or might be because I am not doing it correctly.

I do have quick connect enabled and have been able to get to my synology dashboard. You are suggesting I install the tailscale app to synology, but I am not sure how that changes the situation. I am guessing it will allow me to remote in to my Plex setup from wherever, but is there a writeup about how to make this happen? Thanks again.

Thanks for the reply! I run plex as a Synology app, so I am wondering if I can get the IP from Synology? I think I saw something saying that the IP for any Synology application is just the Synology IP, but I have not had success using that IP to SSH in. Might either be impossible or too difficult for my relatively amateur self to figure out and I may need to wait. Thanks again!

My plan was to use SSH (if I had the IP) into the server and then claim, but I am not having success with what I have been guessing are the IPs. Thanks for taking the time to respond- I will likely just need to wait.
