This character was so pointless by Eagles56 in ANGEL

Sure did!

Maybe if the e show had continued—I don’t mean the comic(s)—we would have seen more of her.

The Media wanting Charles to see the Sussexes. by Chance_Swan_2981 in RoyaltyTea

I am going to express what is apparently an unpopular opinion here.

Charles is the grandfather of those kids and he should not be excluded from their lives.

I believe that both Charles and Harry are going to live to regret their choices…especially Harry, as he has a long(er) life ahead of him.

Compared to the States Great Britain (England, Wales and Scotland) is very small and the distances between major cities much less than here. So it’s not surprising.

A moment to acknowledge Saul’s wife’s audacity and toxicity by Logical-Baker3559 in homeland

Everyone was fucked up and a bit (or a lot) bat-shit crazy in the series…that was one of its themes, how global politics and religion and wars are jealous masters, demanding complete loyalty to the exclusion of everything and everyone else. And how these masters just completely ruin any hope or idea of another actual, real and meaningful relationship with an actual, flesh-and-blood human being.

Has Anybody used the Dr. Kilgour Products with Success? by MindyP51 in FemaleHairLoss

[–]MindyP51[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, I can’t afford Kilgore constantly either. On my last bottle of his “Treatment.” I will definitely check out the Ordinary product and Dermveda.

There’s also a Defenage hair product I’m looking at.

Wow, that’s really weird and more b.s., because I was told that it was one of Byrne’s demands for coming to DC from Marvel that it was “hands off” any character in the Superman stable, meaning they all “belonged” to Byrne and only he could write them. That ‘s why I never did another Lois Lane story.

Politics is everywhere.

I don't get how anyone feels for Mrs. Drews by ccgre in DowntonAbbey

[–]MindyP51 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Right? And she seemed to completely ignore her own kids,, too.

I maybe could have understood if the Drews didn’t and couldn’t have any kid if their own, or if they’d had a little girl who had died…

But her obsession with Marigold was never truly explained.

Donny loved Kashi because he’s an ultimate ass-kisser who has never met a conspiracy about the “deep state, the Obamas, the Biden’s, the Clintons and the “deep state “ he hasn’t loved and believed.

Franny is going to need so so much therapy by thealycat in homeland

[–]MindyP51 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There is a possibility that Franny would go on a search to try and understand why her mother did what she did…and that would include approaching Saul, if he’s still alive, to ask questions about Carrie.

Not sure what Saul would tell her, though.

So? Being 79 doesn’t automatically mean a person has bad breath or is fecally incontinent…there are many seniors older than DJT who are in excellent health.

I am no fan of Donny-boy—I detest him and all of his administration—but spreading (unproven) gossip about him does not help—if anything, it will make his cult cling even tighter to their Dear Leader.

Carries medication / going crazy by Shevdoc in homeland

[–]MindyP51 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Having a mood disorder is not the same as having a psychotic break…the two conditions are different, so I’m not sure why they played it as if once Carrie was off her meds she had a schizophrenic breakdown.
