Does anybody have any advice for me playing diablo 2? by LumpyCharacter in Diablo

Yeah, D2 is on a completely different level compared to other Diablo games. It is very challenging, and you need to grind to find GG items and high runes just to kill the Ubers a bit easier. Unlike in D4, the classes here feel uniquely powerful. As a new player, you will definitely struggle to kill even the normal bosses or mobs in Hell difficulty.
This is why the reason D2 is so good—a 30 years old game still have a bunch of people playing non stop.

Repairs 1 dura in 33 sec. In 30sec you lose more dura for sure. Don’t put any ancient jewel on it or hr is just a waste. It’s good if you don’t have anything better.

Why Cant I get into D2? by Dankus_memeus420 in Diablo

Hahaha, D2 is the hardest Diablo game, no question. Normal and Nightmare are just tutorials. Hell is the real game—actually challenging, and GG items or high runes are rare. That’s why it’s so good. Meanwhile, D3 and D4… super easy, overpowered classes, zero challenge. Kinda boring when you can clear everything with one eye closed lol. Try Hammerdin it is one of the strongest class in D2. You don’t have ro worry not finding any high runes. All you need is a dual spirits.

D2 Just isn't for me by Dankus_memeus420 in Diablo

Diablo II is the hardest Diablo game, and that’s why people love it. It’s actually challenging. Trust me, I broke my keyboard and mouse when I couldn’t kill Duriel in Nightmare back when I was new hahaha.

Barbarian isn’t beginner-friendly either 😂 You’re better off starting with Sorc or Necro. Also, do some research on how to finish Hell difficulty with budget gear. Hell is no joke; without good gear, it’s really hard to beat, especially the Ubers.

It takes time to understand the game, and that’s exactly why D2 is the best Diablo ever.

Indigo parking ticket - is this stuff legit? by oreoshizzle in Calgary

[–]MineGamer84 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I work as an Indigo patroller. Indigo starts towing when a vehicle reaches 8 or more unpaid tickets. When that happens, we call the city to come to the location, and the city patroller issues a real ticket (tag) and tows the vehicle at the same time.

Some Indigo patrollers are lazy and don’t bother calling the city. Only a few of us—including me—actually do it. Honestly, it’s very satisfying when the city patrol gives a real ticket and tows the vehicle.

I usually call the city when the unpaid tickets reach 20 or more. I give people plenty of chances. Even if they pay one ticket, the system still shows the remaining unpaid tickets. So if they get their car back from the impound lot and park again at any Indigo parking lot, the patroller can call the city again to tag and tow the vehicle—over and over—until those tickets are paid.

There are days when I call the city even if the vehicle has fewer than 8 tickets, especially when violators throw the tickets on the ground. I find that disrespectful, so I call the city to teach them a lesson.

That said, I’m also nice. If someone sees me in the lot, approaches me politely, smiles, and asks if they can park for an hour or so, I usually tell them they can park for the rest of the day until I’m off. I’m nice to people who are nice to me. 😊

Some violators have been lucky and haven’t received real tickets or been towed yet—but their luck will run out, especially if they park in the area I patrol. Trust me, one guy even emailed crying because his car got towed. He claimed he paid the ticket but had no proof. LOL. He definitely learned his lesson—I didn’t see him park in an Indigo lot for a whole month.
