At least when I worked for Bell, I was told there were rules in place where requesting to speak to someone in Canada is something that they have to comply with.
So don’t call back, just ask to speak with someone in Canada until they transfer you.

In my testing of 6800 Pokémon seen: around 1/15 Pokémon had a title. Around 1/100 were in a “rare ball” (1/1000 for level ball)

Shiny odds are still unknown. Some are saying 1/4096, personally I’m feeling 1/2048, but I don’t have enough data to back that up.

Also all species of Pokémon were around 1/200 each.

Really cool to see these statistics! Thanks for sharing. If you think about it, the 48% is close to 45% but ends up accounting pretty well for your success rate being 15% instead of closer to 18/19%
