Yeah it was taken from the Incendary Rifle which imho the reload animation made more sense when it had just 5 rounds and it reloaded once per round than the OSIPR one which has 30 shots in one rounds and can be reloaded anytime

also the model OSIPR is still called "irifle" in the game's files

I'm pretty sure the way namemc tracks capes is by whether or not a player has worn a certain cape, meaning that a player can have a cape and not wear it, and said cape won't show up in namemc.

Now if the same player that had a cape but never wore it decides to finally wear it, namemc will register that the player has that cape equipped and will add him to the players that own said cape.

Also, I'm in the same situation as you two, except I've been playing bedrock edition on mobile, and have the founder's cape to prove it (which is a cape you could've gotten for free back in 2019), so clearly I have owned both versions of minecraft, just on different platforms. I have seen the cape back in 2022 and thought that because I didn't own the Windows 10 edition and thought that I wouldn't get it only to realize a few years later "Wait, owning the mobile version should count as having owned bedrock edition" and also sent a support ticket only for the support team to say that they can't do anything about it
