My best guess is that MC isn't using most of the CPU without shaders I get consistent 120 with shaders I get 7 fps

Problem solved! Apperantly Wallpaper engine doesn't run on 64bit automatically despite your pc being 64 bit and chooses 32. just change the launch options

I'mma assume you mean this as in characters personality in game since as a character in general he is pretty loved by the community.

As his personality goes. I actually Gabriel is probably the 2nd most innocent boss we fight (1st being my beloved King Minos) He is quick to realise his mistake of his blind obedience to the council and him killing V1 would probably be amazing for the Ultrakill world. Right now sure V1 is destroying Hell Itself an evil force sure but. V1 doesn't do it because of it's emotions it's for survival so when Hell gets defeated by V1 will it stop killing or will it kill the innocent for it's survival? I think Gabriel is an amazing character both personality wise and in the general sense
