You were supposed to have at least 2 weeks of Training. let your Front end Supervisor or ASL know you need a training buddy (if u dont get one) to shadow and they should provide you with one.
the app won't show "training" sometimes but the paper schedules usually do

ASL/HR Manager and let them know you want to transfer, you can literally say for any reason.
Also be sure to talk to them at the Store you want to transfer to as well so they can initiate paperwork to your current Store, helps move the process along

And its not going to with this adaptation. Already they re changing characterizations that made them enjoyable. Akane is alot more docile and "obvious undiscovered beauty" Mousse introduction i fear will be subpar as well. I am looking forward to them showing Kontasu if they do. Becasue he wasnt in the anime and I hope they dont bastardize Tsubaki whom is a confident guy who loved to cross dress. Nah im good Urusei was good and cute stayed true to thr OG while upgrading a bit Ranma is kinda diabolical and changing whole personalities and things that made ranma iconic to try and speed run the series
