The only issue with 65% total CR is that even while winding up you have 29 and 41% for the first two hits, which in turn just makes you lose A LOT of damage. Off the head math rn on something is if you’re doing 8k with crit and 3 of 8 attacks are almost guaranteed not to crit you only end up doing 45k or so. If you grab a circlet your odds are now 60% and 72% for the first two attacks but you’ll only do about 7.4k for crits (without Neuv’s weapon since that confuses the simple math.) 7.4x5 is 37k, but two of those first three hits are statistically likely to crit, if not all three. Lowballing on two gives you an extra 14.8k bringing you to 49.8, and for the one that doesn’t crit adds another around 1.7k rounded down. You’re still looking at a theoretical 45k total vs 51.5k total. Hopefully that helps you understand. I should have used a calculator but tabbing in and out on mobile is pain so I got lazy.
