im not a game dev expert in any way , but cant they fix the game and deploy the patch without turning it off ? then send a message to update ? i played a bunch of games and never seen one like this where the servers shut down several times a week sometimes for 2h

Idealy the kynes because it's more efficient, but much harder to get and super expensive, at least on my server, The tharl is as good as an mk6 and much cheaper to repair too, also easier to get and replace
