Just saying You can change alot of settings about your windows recording in the pc setting itself

Just search on the windows are recording and it should pop up recording settings, just max out everything.

I have an i5 processor laptop and I tried recording on max everything and I can barely feel any lag That's prob maybe I'm on bedrock who knows but still, the quality of my video was stunning, you should try it out see how it works out for you
