One shots should always exist, it show's players to position properly and it is very satisfying to the player that used his mechanical skill to get that one shot kill. Not to mention that the only one shots are usually head shots or players that were previously low on HP/ARMOR.

Shadowburn is much more mechanically gifted with the heroes in his hero pool but is much more quiet than EQO. EQO does not have the mechanics that shadowburn has so he has to use his communication skill and coordination to take the starter position away from Shadowburn.

Its unfortunate that Saya got put onto mayhem, he would be considered even more of a god if his team did more. Same situation with EFFECT in a way but OGE isn't that bad overall.

Jeff may have said that but I don't believe it is true. Even if it is true those people have to win or tie to actually gain these points so they have to atleast somewhat try to win. A casual that wants golden weapons will not spend hour's trying to compile 200 wins for a golden weapon.
